Are Vaccine Guidelines For Previously Infected Absurd?

As COVID vaccines rollout people are becoming concerned about vaccine injuries, not just for the more vulnerable to COVID, but for younger people who are not at high risk of contracting COVID, not of dying. Why is public policy pushing one size fits all vaccination?
