I have had dreams that were so vivid that I would have to call them visions. They stick with you for ages and reveal their meaning over time. Just yesterday I had a revelation into a dream I had thirty years ago. It continues to unfold and inform my life.

That happened to me as well - stopped on a couple of occasions but find it very helpful at 75
