I don't see how they could travel here, and if they did why they don't make themselves known, there are theories, but we have no clue how galactic species process information. I have seen a UFO myself, yet I tend to believe it was a man-made object. If they can manipulate time and space according to a different rule set from another dimension, then why make a physical journey at all, why not just communicate to those who have abilities to step outside the rule set of this dimension?
