Important Note To Our Subscribers

We are looking to gather more evolutionary voices on our platform.

It may be obvious to long-time readers that our content production has slowed over the summer. This is due to several things including a busy summer, a focus on creating more impactful content, a reduction in team, and having to spend more time on revenue generation to keep the lights on.

All fun stuff!

2023 has been a difficult but meaningful year for us, but it has also brought about a lot of meaningful change - including what we’re about to share today.

Rest assured we are not going anywhere. We remain inspired to continue our mission and focus to:

“…introduce readers to emerging ideas on consciousness, current events, science, solutions & more – birthing a new planetary consciousness.”

With that, we want to open a publishing slot or two each week to collaborate with our readers as we did years ago with Collective Evolution.

We are going to be accepting written submissions from readers who want to share their voices with the world.

We feel we can once again create a space for a collective of voices, effectively gathering meaningful perspectives and tapping into the intelligence and wisdom of the collective.

Straight up, after censorship and demonization over the last 7 years, we don’t have the financial budget to acquire more content. So In exchange for accepted pieces, we will send them out to our 45,000 Substack subscribers (and growing) and post them on our social media accounts.

We will also do a monthly round-up & thank you email showcasing the pieces and authors who wrote them. This will be sent out to our 120,000 person email list.

Further, The Pulse sees about 1.5M in traffic monthly, so readers will continue to find the articles for years to come.

All that said, this is not solely a promotional opportunity for yourself, but an opportunity to reach and inspire a large audience with introspection and unique perspectives.

We want to continue to deliver high-quality content to our readers and believe YOU have a lot to add to that.

Guidelines & How to Submit

We are looking for original pieces for publication on The Pulse. Here are a few guidelines to consider.

Consider our themes: consciousness, transformation, social progress, current events, emerging paradigms, sensemaking etc.

Submissions should fall into these themes meaningfully.

Submissions should also be between about 600 & 3000 words.

We are looking for pieces that are:

• feature articles

• essays

• social commentary

• Or of a similar style to our voice on The Pulse.

When writing, cite references and link to them as needed.

Consider an evolutionary lens if possible.

To submit, send us an email at contact@thepulse.one with your written submission.

Include a title for the piece, but note we may adjust the title to fit our brand.

Include a 40-word bio in the email.

Include the email address you use on Substack if you have an account.

If accepted, we will publish your piece and include your bio with a link to your substack or website.

One final note, over the years we have taken submissions when we wrote all of our articles under Collective Evolution. We expect we will get hundreds of submissions so please note we will do what we can to respond to each but we are just a small team at this point.
