We need to realize that for some of them it's become just a business, some of them are just not as "enlightened" as we thought, and had areas of their lives needing work. All are still human beings with shadow sides. That's why none of them should ever be put on a pedestal. We need to hold all of them to the same standards that they would expect of us, or that we would hold for ourselves. It is disappointing that other spiritual leaders, so far, are silent, but, to be fair, I just found out about this latest fallen teacher. The best guru is the one within!
I have knowledge of a male friend who met Deepak many years ago and said he was the most arrogant and unkind person he had ever met. So much for walking the talk. I failed to give Mr. Chopra any credibility after learning that.
Hi Joe. I knew of Deep Hack years ago thru a friend on shelter Island. she put me into a email group with him back then. Only lasted a while. I found him to be and egoist . Never wrote , replied or said anything to me. It was all about Deep hack and his superior spiritual status.
