When one finally comes to the conclusion, masking had nothing to do with YOUR health and everything to do with YOUR control, things will make a lot more sense.

Indeed! Well said.

Mask addicts will find fault in this too or they’ll disregard completely. They simply cannot let go of their masks. I think they truly believe it makes them good people and superior to those who don’t mask.

They also can't hear about all of rhe people dropping dead and dying, even when it's right in front of them.

I very much appreciate your work at The Pulse and this is no different; thanks for getting this information with your balanced and curious stance. While I remember reading about meta-studies of about 400 different studies from 2 years ago that said the same thing; I am so glad that good people continue to do this work to get the "real" science and information out. I would love if the organizations that are meant to care for the people would do that, but at this point I don't know that we can count on it I see it now as an opportunity for us to empower ourselves by becoming more informed and think critically for ourselves. The Pulse is a great guide for just that. Nothing is more powerful then our own thinking. It seems the authorities are forcing us to take back our own sovereign self responsibility and self governance. Consciousness will bring us there either kicking and screaming or more easily if we choose it. Thanks again for doing such important work.

Well said and thanks so much for the comment and kind words! As time goes on, getting closer to the truth becomes easier, and the call to develop more self responsibility grows as the old system 'dies.' Exciting times!

By May 2020 I had become sceptical of the pandemic measures because I had seen no evidence of governments performing any cost/benefit analysis in relation to the measures. Since then, I have continued to be astounded and horrified at all the decisions and behaviours resulting from corruption and incompetence.

Good on you that you were open, following your gut, and letting your perspective be fluid with good questioning. I wonder how many who were so deeply in belief that these things worked will shift their perspective now, if not for anything but being committed to good collective sensemaking.

Around July 2020 the CDC journal ‘Virology’ published a study on the ineffectiveness of masks to control virus spread.

Undoubtedly this was known by the CDC when the public recommendation to mask was released.

Yup, and this is why it's so astounding that the debate lasted this long.

I'm looking forward to sending this to a few friends who still put stock in masking. I wonder if they will be able to change their mind. I hope so. I don't mind when myself or others are proven wrong, I do mind when people refuse to change their mind when the evidence really does become painfully obvious.

Thanks for passing along this piece. When we write things we like to keep the idea that this can be passed on to others in mind.
