There have been so many other people who have talked about the moon besides the "official" scientists above. Pilot John Lear had many photos of mining on the moon. There are men and women who talk about the Secret Space program who have been to the moon many times and describe all the different galactic civilizations that have bases on the back side on the moon and tolerate each other by agreement. There are supposedly 2 American bases on the front side that are underground. One person joked about the 1970's decor that has never been updated. The moon is artificial and size and placement are planned. It's been there a long time.
The moon was put there by the creators of the Earth. The moon cycle is paramount in the cycles of everything on earth, plant life, animal, life, sea life, menstrual cycles, and the list goes on. the moon is our balance beam. without it nothing can exist here at least not in balance, and this is by design. there’s no other object in any other planets in our solar system that plays a role like the moon plays with the earth, there is no way that this is a coincidence. if the moon is destroyed, we are on earth is destroyed as well and that’s a fact. we are dependent upon the moon . The centre of mass of the mon, displaced from it's geometric centre would ensure, over the billions of years of it's existence that it becomes tidally locked - ie one side, the heavier side faces earth.
The moon when it formed was far closer to earth than it is now, it is still receding by a few centimetres per year so it's coincidental size relative to the sun as seen from earth is temporally dependent.
If , as seems most probable, the moon soon after it's creation was a molten ball of rock, as it cooled the outer layers would have solidified into a hard tough crust whilst it's it's core remained molten. If it's gravity was insufficient to break the crust as the core cooled and contracted the crust would become loosely attached to it's interior allowing it to 'ring' in the observed manner.
None of this precludes is use by aliens, or detracts from whistle blowers reports.
