Marc Dutroux is a Belgian convicted serial killer, rapist, and child molestor. He was convicted in 1989 for the abduction and rape of five children. Astonishingly, he was released from prison after three years, and some suspect it was because of his supposed connections to the political and royal elite in Belgium.
