I love this! Thank you for reminding us to be solution-oriented. Like MLK Jr. wrote (paraphrasing) in his Letter from a Birmingham Jail, "Be the thermoSTAT, not the thermometer!" (emphasis on 'stat' mine). While he was talking about the Church, I think this can be a call to action for everyone to be part of the change, the solution, the verb of motion forward, not merely the passive observer of what's wrong. I agree with this. No matter where you are in life, we can take active action (Activism) to create a better life for ourselves. Every action, we do in our lives, day-in and day-out, helps us build a better tomorrow and the sooner we are aware of this, and make conscious decisions, the more activism we partake in and the more the world around us begins to change.

I read this thinking 'Where will I fit in?' That answer was blatantly obvious to me.
