I LOVED this article! I also have recently been having more realizations about the mysteries of music. I am old now and have researched so many fascinating things - my favorite is the geometry of life- Sacred Geometry and such and music absolutely unites our higher consciousness to the Universe. It is FANTASTIC. Why don't they teach kids these things in grade school and take them out to SEE it in nature!!! By the way, have you seen the new singer Damash Kudaibergen from Kazakstan who sings in 7 octives? He is not quite human and it is his goal to unite the planet with music - I think he is doing it.

I felt bad for that cornstarch, it looked tormented. Valuable experiment, I am convinced that water is what some refer to as angels. The spirit that animates us....

Can't you just experience the Creation of All that Is while watching that 'blob' of clay become animated, as in that moment the One Infinite Creator decided to bring the world into active being? ("& G-d said">>"In the beginning was the Word") And then we will all melt into the ether once more when our song for this incarnation is finished. And this is something I have thought for decades as our ecosystems collapse, i.e., there are those not attuned to G-d that have been trying for millennia to destroy this beautiful *EarthSong*. All creatures are singing the praises to G-d all the time, except those humans who have forgotten how amazing it is to be alive here.

So. Remember to play your part in the symphony, everyone! We are missing so many in the chorus.

I love this post. My art , both painting and Music composition always had a soft activism to it.

I have written a new musical, Hypnotta , in which this song, The Rhythm is part of.

Vibin' with this post! For those wanting to be in musical play with others...there is a lot of power in participating in community drum circles! They can be found on meetup, nextdoor, eventbrite, etc. Non-verbal, musical connection and collaboration with so-called 'strangers' (aka 'friends who's names you don't know yet';) are a balm for these times! Love this article. Thank you!
