Please consider looking into regular Biodynamic Cranial therapy from a licensed and well trained metabolic therapist. My clients report much more rapid reset and better health with hands on work than all the doctors and meds could provide them, holistic or not. This new name reframes why BC was begun back in the early 40s. Its ability to reset systems from whole body trauma and dysfunction is its hallmark success.

Good luck.

I've been following RFK jr. for several years. He and Del Bigtree sued the FDA and NIDA and won on the Safe and Effective of Vaccines. That was about a decade ago. Before that RFK jr. was working on environmental issues cleaning up the rivers and mercury from our water ways. I see this as a good pairing and will get some changes made to our food water and air...Keep doing what you do...

I am thoroughly entertained by this. I am grateful for the information shared in the video, and glad for Dom and others that subtitles are now active. However -- what does this topic have to do with MAHA? How does one make the leap to state that "sg is missing"?! It is only natural that many things are missing from MAHA; i could name at least five.

Joe, you are a hypocrite. You talk about how it's important to regulate our nervous systems but I don't think you realise the impact that a lack of accessibility has on signing people's nervous system, which is something that society consistently overlook, including yourself. I clicked on the video because I am interested in comprehending more about nervous system regulation yet there are no subtitles available. Imagine how this makes me feel, that I am left out yet again?

Signing people (I prefer that term over 'deaf' as that word invites pity where it is not needed) have far more mental health issues and nervous system dysregulation due to a lack of accessibility, language deprivation and negative connotations. I remember that you used the phrase "falling on deaf ears" in one of your articles. However free you are to use that phrase if you want, you can't deny that that phrase implies that people who can't hear are wilfully ignorant. I am free to say that you are being ignorant, ironically.

It's very difficult to relax if you're aware of the world. I think it's part of the deep state's psychological warfare, as well as the outcome of this war we are fighting against evil. The stakes are so high and the attacks so blatant. How can any thinking person relax? I have to lie down several times a day and consciously relax my muscles. Also exercise daily or there's no sleep.

I totally get this feeling, and I remember being there myself between 2018 and 2020 when I was completely overwhelmed by the all out attack on my company. I became stuck in survival, and essentially burnt out. But as I did more of this world I found resilience again. I also look back to the years of 2009 to 2017 and have often shared that we can find a sense of resilience in the storm... even as we gaze out at the chaotic world... but that is a practice. It requires moments of not looking at all, building capacity, bringing on more nervous system regulation etc. Then we get a good sense of how much to look and when etc. I think most folks will find as they dive deeper into working on this layer of their health that we can become pretty resilient in the storm. Even though that feels so tough when we look at how whack everything is right now lol.

It takes a conscious effort. Otherwise I feel overwhelmed.

Yup, the fact that you can notice where it builds up is huge. Many people don't and then they are all stressed out and aren't sure why. The amount we choose to engage with can increase or decrease depending on how we feel during a given day. In my view, we can also build a larger window of tolerance for taking in stuff without becoming overwhelmed. Lots of nuance to the discussion :)

I experienced that with pizzagate. I couldn't sleep well for five years, but now I can deal with the subject head on and not lose sleep.

Half done this convo, great so far! Been working on more of the practices and exercises you've put out so far and I'm enjoying the results. The 5 Days of You themes have helped also. Simple stuff but truly helps to make me feel less 'survival-y'. Thanks!

Glad to hear things are working out nice, thanks for the feedback! Would you say that you are feeling more of that sense that you can find more regulation and calm even in the storm of ur current world?

Good move bringing this issue into focus, Joe! The new terminology alone can expand our perspective. The trauma farm that has long been life on Earth has now put stress inducing circumstances on steroids here in this 21st century. The responses across the board range from true awakening to suicide. If all 8 billion of us could simultaneously take a depth breath and hold for ten seconds.....while looking at each other.....

keep it comin'.....peace love

Thanks brother! And yes, the paradox is this in my view: we can become MUCH more resilient and have much less survival energy running us in our CURRENT world, but, as we get more regulated we also will deeply sense (as we might beforehand too) that the design of our world does not and cannot produce thriving humans.

Agreed! - a fundamental premise that resonates with my own writing:

"The greatest threat to humanity is humanity itself. Ever since the mind of mankind mastered the use of fire, technology has inspired humanity to slowly and steadily separate itself from its habitat, Earth – as well as from humankind’s inherently spiritual and organic nature. The Age of Reason accelerated this division by introducing reductionist thought and inserting a partition between spirit & science. We began our self-destruction in earnest as the Industrial Revolution encouraged a diminished regard for Earth, now seen principally as warehouse and lavatory by a self-entitled species determined to dominate rather than integrate. By the close of the 20th c, we are split between living as people and functioning as ‘human resources’.

By the 2020s we find ourselves commandeered by a technology whose algorithms and oh so virtual artificial intelligence are often regarded as a model to emulate in real life, sacrificing our very own beings in a blind displacement of corporal living. Is it any wonder we find our entire species in the diamond lane on the highway to extinction?"
